Workshop Rules & Cancellation Policy

Workshop Rules & Cancellation Policy

At Small Sprouts Crafting Club, our events are designed to be joyful, creative, and welcoming for families and adults alike. To help our workshops run smoothly and ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask all participants to review and follow the policies below.

Event Timing & Arrival

Our workshops and events run on structured timelines to allow enough time for crafting, learning, and community connection.

We kindly ask guests to arrive on time so they can enjoy the full experience.

If you arrive late:

- We will do our best to accommodate you.

- The event will continue according to schedule.

- Craft time and activities cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

All event tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your registered event:

- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the event may receive credit toward a future Small Sprouts event.

- Requests made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for credit or refund.

- This policy also applies to cancellations due to illness.

- Credits must be used toward a future Small Sprouts event and may not be exchanged for cash.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.

To transfer a ticket:

- Notify Small Sprouts at least 24 hours before the event

- Provide the name and contact number of the new attendee

- This allows us to prepare materials and ensure a smooth check-in process.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not attend their scheduled event without notice are considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or event credit.

Because materials are prepared in advance and spots are limited, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Health & Illness

To help protect our community, we ask families and participants to stay home if feeling unwell.

If illness prevents you from attending:

- Our standard cancellation policy applies

- If your cancellation is made 3+ days before the event, credit may be issued for a future event

Thank you for helping keep our creative community healthy.

Photography & Media

Photos and short video clips may be taken during Small Sprouts events to help us share the creativity and joy of our workshops.

For children’s events:

- Parents may opt out of photography on the registration form.

For adult events:

- By attending, participants acknowledge that photos may be taken and used for Small Sprouts marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

Venue Guidelines

Many Small Sprouts events take place in collaboration with local venues and partners.

All guests must follow:

- Venue rules

- Staff instructions

- Safety guidelines for the space

- Failure to follow venue policies may result in denial of service or removal from the event, as determined by the venue or event hosts.

Small Sprouts Event Cancellation

In rare situations, Small Sprouts may need to cancel or postpone an event due to:

- Weather emergencies

- Venue issues

- Illness or unforeseen circumstances

- Safety concerns

If this occurs, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive one of the following:

- Event credit for a future workshop, or
